Room Rental

Whether it's a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or family gathering our menus have stood the test of time. The warm, cozy confines of the room combines a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings and pine furnishings with a full service bar.

The Outpost

The outpost is fully enclosed and located on our main floor. It has its own private bar and fireplace. Seating is limited to 45.

The Loft

The loft is only accessible through stairs, has tall cathedral ceilings and overlooks the main floor. Seating is limited to 80.

10am-3pm

Sunday- Thursday: 4pm-8pm

Friday & Saturday: 4pm-9pm

You can arrive 1 hour prior to event for set up

All food and beverage are required to be purchased through Mackinaws on either the plated, platters or buffet menus.

Room Set up

Banquet rooms will be available for set up 1 hour prior to event. Earliest arrival for the morning slot is 9am.

Decorations
All decorations are the responsibility of the guest. Mackinaws will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged items. Confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited. Banners may be hung using masking tape. No scotch or duct tape. Please be sure to remove all tape once event has finished. Per the fire code candles must be in an enclosed glass container. Any items left after the event will be disposed of.

Tables
We use a 4X4 square table that can be pushed together to make any size table.

FAQ

Do you have any AV equipment?
We can provide a portable screen, but all other AV equipment is brought in

Can we bring in a band/musical instruments?
For the outpost- Yes
For the Loft- No

Can I control the music?
Because our restaurants sound system is connected to our dining room, we unfortunately cannot play specific music. If your event is in the outpost, we can turn the music off and you are more than welcome to bring in a speaker. If your event is in the loft, we unfortunately can not turn the music down or off. The speakers that you hear music playing in the loft are the same speakers that plays music for our dining area.

Which room works best for a meeting?
The preferred meeting space is the outpost. It is fully enclosed and private.

When can we get in to set up?
1 hour prior to the event time is allotted for set up. If you are booking the 10am-3pm slot you can get in as early as 9 am and if you are booking the 4pm-9pm slot you are more than welcome to arrive by 3pm for set up.

When do I pay?
Payment is required at the end of all events.

How does billing work?
You are billed based upon the final guest count that was provided the week of your event. Any add ons will be charged accordingly. Failure to meet food/beverage minimums an additional room fee will be added.

Is tax and tip included?
WI sales tax of 5.5% as well as a 20% gratuity will be added to all private event bills.

Can we bring leftovers home?
